After 23 years at the helm, our Principal is retiring and we are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and inspirational leader, to start January 2024. Someone with a track-record of impact who can help us to build on our recent successes and lead Clyst Vale through the next stage of our journey towards becoming an outstanding college. Following our best ever results in Summer 2022 and a 'Good' OFSTED rated inspection in December 2022 you will be joining a unique and innovative Academy Trust. Not only are we the only college in Devon to be accredited with the Rights Respecting School Gold award but we are one of the few remaining Single Academy Trusts in the area, truly retaining our own values and ethos and the autonomy to choose our own direction.

Interviews will take place over 2 days Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th July 2023.
