The Role:

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Principal to lead our school into its next chapter. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the ethos and values of Catholic education. They will have a proven track record of successful leadership and management in a primary school setting, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and raise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school.
  • Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes the wellbeing and development of all students and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, staff, parents, and the wider community to achieve the school's goals.
  • Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school.

About You:

  • A practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a primary school.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a dedicated team of staff.
