We are looking for an exceptional, resilient, and inspiring leader that has the flair to bring to life enjoyment, creativity, commitment and achievement for the children and communities of Gorton Primary School who can build on our existing success.
You will have the opportunity to lead in one of our schools on its journey within a Trust that has a dynamic culture of collaboration and a collective passion to make all our schools excellent by developing a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and challenge.
We are looking for someone who will:
· Have experience of having worked in, and ideally led, a successful school previously.
· Have the ambition, drive, and determination of an excellent leader.
· Have high quality teaching skills.
· Be able to articulate and share a vision of primary education within the aims and values of Gorton Primary School
· Have the knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for raising standards and the achievement of all pupils.
· Understand and commit to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils and staff.
· Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
