Principal job summary
We are looking to appoint a new Principal for Harris Academy Peckham, starting in September 2021.
The post would suit an experienced, or aspiring Principal who has the leadership qualities, drive and ambition to lead our academy to outstanding. With the support and network offered by the Harris Federation, this post could suit an aspiring senior leader looking for promotion into their first Principalship, or an experienced Principal looking to join a highly supportive Federation where they can progress to Executive Principal. A competitive remuneration package is available.

For new and experienced school leaders, we can equip you with the knowledge, skills and training needed to become highly effective Principal. As part of Harris, you will have the opportunity to work within a close network of academies, and with principals from across the wider Federation. We have a highly experienced central team of subject experts, all committed to providing back and support.
As part of a rewarding environment and highly supportive Federation, we can provide first time Principals with all the support needed in the form of individual mentoring from an experienced Harris Principal. For existing Headteachers, we offer unrivalled progression opportunities to Executive Principalship.
