The University of Brighton Academies Trust is seeking an inspirational, strategic leader to realise our vision for Desmond Anderson Primary Academy; to achieve outstanding status and to improve the standards, attainment and aspirations of all its pupils.

Based in Tilgate, Crawley, Desmond Anderson is a dynamic, happy and welcoming school at the heart of its community.
