Principal job summary
Are you looking for a unique opportunity where you can make your mark and help change the lives of our community? Due to the retirement of the long serving Principal, we are looking to appoint a driven, committed and passionate individual who will lead Oasis Academy Byron on the next stage of its journey as part of the Oasis family.
The Role
As Principal, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the Academy. Working with the Regional Director, you will lead the staff in realising the vision of establishing and developing a unique, extended learning community that will cater for every child - academically, vocationally, socially, morally, spiritually, physically, emotionally and environmentally.

As a high profile individual you will champion the Oasis ethos, support and develop leaders and empower staff members. As Principal you will have the character and competency to move the Academy forward.

Oasis Academy Byron (www.oasisacademybyron.org) is a fully inclusive one-form entry Primary Academy driven by a powerful ethos that aspires to treat everyone inclusively and recognises the importance of a holistic approach to education.
