This is an exciting time to join and lead Oasis Academy Wintringham. The academy is now rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted with an inspection taking place in 2018 showing a record of academic improvement founded upon an ambitious curriculum. Growth and development

Currently the academy has 900 students on roll. Students are able to flourish in an environment where lessons can be personalised to ensure that all abilities are catered for including supporting students who have the greatest developmental needs and challenging and extending those whose learning is developing at pace. Staff benefit from strong CPD and use a variety of teaching techniques to make sure that every student has the best start to their educational journey.

We do not expect you to do this alone. You will enjoy the support and challenge of a Regional Director along with the wider Oasis Community Learning (OCL) National Team. By being part of a family of 52 Oasis Academies, you will collaborate with expert leaders in their field and benefit from a strong support network and partnership with 3 other OCL secondary academies within the region/cluster. You will have many opportunities to share best practice and drive continual improvement, including an annual regional conference, Cluster Improvement Networks, and access to a growing CPD programme nationally.
