We are in search of an outstanding leader who possesses the vision and creativity to inspire "Fun, Creativity, and Achievement" for both the children and the community of Broughton Fields. This ambitious and dynamic individual will collaborate with the Trust's Executive Principal to build upon the excellent work currently being done at the school and to embark on this exciting new chapter. Our Trust has a dynamic culture of collaboration, and has a collective passion to bring excellence to all of our schools.
As a Principal in our Trust, you will have the opportunity to:
- To shape your vision of the Trust ethos of ‘Fun, Creativity and Achievement’ at Broughton Fields Primary School.
- Support our teaching staff to drive forward standards and deliver continuous school improvement.
- Work alongside an Executive Leadership Team made up of educational experts.
- Develop in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and challenge.
- Engage in continuous professional development from a Trust that strongly believes in developing its talent and succession; planning for future leadership roles.
- Benefit from a bespoke onboarding process prior to starting and during your role.
We are looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in a Headteacher/Principal role or as a Senior Leader
- Someone able to inspire and engage pupils, staff and the community of Broughton Fields to their vision
- The capability to create an outstanding learning environment through the implementation of a shared vision, building on the school’s values-based education.
- A clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- A dynamic self-starter able to work collaboratively
