Principal job summary
The Local Governing Body of Riddlesdown Collegiate and the Board of Directors of The
Collegiate Trust are looking to make an appointment to the post of Principal at Riddlesdown
Collegiate – a very large and successful secondary school, which is the foundation of our
Trust.
The successful candidate will lead an outstanding school and our ambitious team. The new
Principal will be supported by a highly engaged LGB and the newly appointed CEO, who is the
current Principal at Riddlesdown Collegiate. S/he will work collaboratively with other
Principals and colleagues across the Trust and will inherit a highly skilled and committed
Senior Leadership Team. We are looking to appoint an individual with an excellent
understanding of what constitutes an exceptional education for all and a clear ability to
deliver this vision.
