What skills and experience we're looking for

A dynamic and creative individual, you will have a track record of success as a school/academy leader.

You may be an experienced headteacher looking for a new challenge or alternatively a deputy headteacher/vice principal ready for the next step.

Either way your exceptional people skills and the ability to establish relationships with diverse communities of pupils and families will have been key to your progress to date.
