Principal job summary
We are recruiting for a Principal Required for January 2023 Salary Range: £56,721 to £65,735 (Equivalent to L13-L19) Number on roll: 208.
The Directors of Emmaus Catholic MAC, supported by the Archdiocese of Birmingham, are looking to appoint a dynamic,
enthusiastic and inspirational practising Catholic leader with a clear vision to develop further this innovative and forward-thinking school.
Under the leadership of the Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CEO), the successful candidate will play a full part in the
Committee of Principals, the vehicle through which policy, procedure and effective collaborative practice is developed, in
order to raise academic achievement across all Emmaus Catholic MAC schools.
