What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a tenacious and driven leader with a proven track record of leading and supporting children to achieve outstanding results - someone who shares the trust’s vision and the belief that all young people, if nurtured and given the right opportunities, can achieve excellence in their academic studies and personal and leadership development.

We want to hear from ambitious, talented senior leaders and established Principals who will bring inspirational leadership to our school. You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and peers.

With substantial leadership experience as a Principal or Deputy, you will lead an approach that sees every challenge as an opportunity to continually improve standards of education and to foster an outstanding learning environment. As a Star leader, you’ll join the Star Academies family, a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best leaders in education.

The successful candidate will be deployed to a school within Lancashire.
