What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek an inspirational and inspiring leader with a commitment to nurture-based provision and a determination to ensure that all pupils have the best possible experience of education in a calm, safe and caring environment. We are looking for a well-qualified professional, ideally with direct experience of SEMH pupils and with a passion for supporting and enabling them to succeed socially, emotionally and academically.
