Programme Delivery Administrator job summary
Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more
Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest, to change to lives and build the futures of children and young people.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Delivery Administrator to join our Professional Development (PD) team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth delivery of our OAT PD programmes, ensuring all systems, events, and processes run seamlessly. The role will require travel to our Birmingham office and to events or academies across the Trust as needed.
In this role you will work closely with professional development experts and external partners, support a range of high‑quality training events of all sizes, and keep our programme data accurate and up to date. If you enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, have a passion for operational excellence, and are looking for a dynamic and well-supported environment, then we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll play a key part in the organisation and delivery of our in-person PD events. From organising venues, resources and catering, delegate management, on-the-day support, managing registers and supporting with technical requirements. Your skills will help us to create seamless, high‑quality learning experiences. In addition, you’ll also support our busy calendar of online events, where strong IT skills will be essential for managing digital platforms, troubleshooting issues and ensuring each session runs smoothly from start to finish.
The role involves lots of communication with internal and external colleagues, providing plenty of opportunity to build relationships and network beyond the PD team.
You’ll also keep on top of participant and programme data across the OAT PD programmes, support in reporting for evaluation and compliance, and monitor departmental spend through the processing of purchase orders and invoices.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across our organisation.
