What skills and experience we're looking for

Required for April/September 2024, an enthusiastic and committed Programme Leader of MFL, with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5 Spanish, to join our team to teach across the full age and ability range. This is a superb career opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspiring subject specialist to support the Subject Leader and the MFL department’s vision of providing an inclusive, engaging and inspiring curriculum that allows all students to be independent learners who show clear progress throughout each key stage.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent practitioner in the classroom, planning and delivering highly effective learning sequences that motivate students and enable them to achieve their potential.
  • Confidently leads change by promoting excellent practise and high standards throughout the department.
  • Is strategic in continuing to develop a creative, inspiring and well-enacted curriculum to reach the shared departmental vision
  • Is motivated by unique and new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
