Progress Support Assistant job summary

The Executive Principal and Board of Directors are seeking to appoint to the following posts:

PSA - Level 2 – Specialising in Student Support
PSA - Level 2 – Specialising in High Needs
PSA – Level 2 – Specialising in Literacy Support
PSA - Level 2 – Specialising in Impact Hub Support. (The Impact Hub works to support and re-engaged students back into main stream classes).

Salary: Grade 3 - 4 (dependant on experience) Grade 3 point 3 - 5 (£18,887 - £19,650 pro rata), Grade 4 point 5 -7 (£19,650 - £20,444 pro rata)
Contract: 35 hours per week, term time plus 5 days

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Pastoral Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated teams. We are seeking a committed individual to perform the role of Pastoral Support Assistant, providing efficient and proactive support within Sirius Academy North in matters of educational engagement and specific support needs. Excellent communication and investigative skills are necessary, together with a strong sense of fairness, understanding and commitment.

This is an excellent opportunity for energetic individuals who are looking to gain experience and progress in an educational setting.
