General Expectations

  • To work with the Assistant Principals to deliver outstanding outcomes and character development within their year group

Principal duties and responsibilities

Lead on Character Development:

Take responsibility for the character development of the year group, ensuring the holistic development of each student in alignment with our core values: Love, Respect, Stewardship, Service, and Co-operation.

Drive Positive Outcomes:

Share responsibility for the academic and personal outcomes of the year group, striving to achieve positive progress for all students.

Promote Excellent Behaviour:

Ensure that the behaviour of the year group fosters an excellent environment for learning.

Support Inclusivity:

Contribute to the College’s drive to be a fully inclusive school, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.

Encourage Participation:

Promote engagement and active participation in extra-curricular and community activities.
