Project Lead – East Area Inclusion Partnership (EAIP)
Employing school – Seacroft Grange Primary School – part of the AIP staffing structure
Based at TBC
Full time / term-time only + number of days in addition to be negotiated with the right candidate. Permanent
Do you have senior strategic and operational leadership experience within a Primary and/or Secondary school setting (or relevant organization)? Do you have the grit and determination to work to prevent the permanent exclusion of children across the East of the city? Do you have strategic experience of developing and delivering action plans, managing teams and providing support and challenge to get results?
We are looking for a Project Lead for the East Area Inclusion Partnership (EAIP). The EAIP is in a good financial position and is ripe for development into something that is really exciting and can be a beacon of excellent practice in our city: child-friendly Leeds.

We are offering this role at Leadership Scale 12-16 (or equivalent for an officer)

We are looking for:
● Someone who has experience working in a leading role within an educational setting
● Someone who has vision and experience in delivering their vision and securing buy-in from stakeholders
● Someone with experience of working with children with SEMH challenges
● Someone with the ability to build and lead a team
● Someone with the authority to support and challenge members of staff across both primary and secondary settings
● Someone who is resilient with a good sense of humour
● Someone who is familiar with multi-agency working and values partnership

Seacroft Grange Primary School is the employing school for this role. However, the role is supporting Primary and Secondary schools across the East of the city as part of the Area Inclusion Partnership (AIP). Whilst Seacroft Grange holds the contract and is the current Primary Chair's school this role is not part of the main school staffing structure.
