What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Project Manager who is resilient and motivated, who is able to handle multiple priorities and work as part of a close-knit team with natural problem solving abilities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in successfully managing complex projects with a number of work streams to deliver successful outcomes

  • A competent and have a comprehensive understanding of Construction and Estates Management

  • A strong track record of successfully defining and managing working relationships with stakeholders in a complex delivery environment.

  • strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiating skills and a passion for getting the best deal for our academies.

  • excellent construction technical skills with a good understanding of associated compliance and the legislative frameworks within which we work (as appropriate to the projects)

  • Project Management Qualifications e.g Prince 2.or demonstrable equivalent comparable experience.

  • Experience of working in the Education sector would be an advantage
