What skills and experience we're looking for

The Estates & Facilities team at OHC&AT is seeking to appoint a Property & Fleet Asset Manager to ensure that our property and vehicle records are accurately maintained. As part of the role, you will ensure that estate management activities including rent and rate reviews, lease extensions and renewals are managed in a timely manner. In addition, you will maintain a database of condition, suitability and sufficiency data related to our estate to ensure that funding is allocated in line with our condition categories.


As well as managing our property assets, you will ensure that our vehicle fleet is maintained and meets our statutory obligations including Permit 19. A key objective will be to review our fleet and ensure it meets future ULEZ requirements.


You will contribute to new and existing policies and procedures relating to our property and fleet assets to ensure our policies and procedures meet statutory requirements.
