What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have UK QTS
- Be highly motivated and passionate about teaching and has a proven track record of delivering high standards with pupils with challenging behaviour in an alternative provision or similar setting
- Have a positive attitude. Is both flexible, a good team player and has a good sense of humour
- Excellent subject knowledge and a willingness to be creative when adapting teaching strategies to ensure specific learning needs and styles are delivered to suit all pupils
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills • Be determined to provide high levels of teaching
