What skills and experience we're looking for
Shire Oak Academy is a popular and innovative Academy under the leadership of our new Associate Headteacher, Mr Critchley.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, creative and gifted leader who can create, monitor and develop conditions which enable effective learning and the best possible outcomes for all students at our Academy.

- Adept at using self-evaluation and performance data to identify and implement effective improvement
