Pupil Premium and Alternative Provision Learning Mentor (English) (1 x f/t position or 2 x p/t positions.) job summary
Due to an increase in students, King Alfred's Academy is seeking to recruit an Pupil Premium and Alternative Provision Learning Mentor (English) to join our enthusiastic and professional team.
To work preventatively and proactively with students and school staff by providing:
- intensive and planned Programmes of English support in school for both Pupil Premium and Alternative Provision students to help improve academic progression.
- Intensive, high-impact support in raising learning engagement and achievement for Pupil Premium and Alternative Provision students.
- individual or group support for the pastoral needs of students, in order to remove obstacles and barriers to learning.
