Pupil Premium Champion
Grade 7 NJC 12-17 (£18,948 to £20,920 – pay review pending)
Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus two PD Days

We are looking to appoint an innovative, well-motivated individual to join our hardworking and committed team.
Your key role will be to enrich and support student learning, achievement and progress, and ensure that pupils are well-behaved, punctual and attend school on a regular basis. You will be required to provide efficient, effective and pro-active organisational and administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher in charge of our ‘Pupil Premium’ Strategy.
You will be expected to maintain communication with staff and parents.
You will work under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher in charge of our ‘Pupil Premium’ Strategy and will liaise with departmental and support staff as appropriate.
We are looking for individuals who can work on their own initiative to get things done, who are passionate about children and their well-being, and who can communicate well with students, parents and other adults.
Previous experience of working with young people is an advantage.
