Actual: £21,419 - £22,285 depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week (term time plus two training days)
Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8.15am – 4.15pm, Friday 8.15am – 3.45pm

Cromwell Community College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pupil Support Officer to join our team. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional pastoral care to support our pupils' emotional and academic needs, ensuring their well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils’ well-being and behaviour, addressing attendance and pastoral needs.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support vulnerable pupils.
- Record and address incidents while promoting a safe, inclusive environment.
- Assist with admissions, events, and maintaining accurate intervention records.
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Empathetic and understanding of pupils’ needs.
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and external partners.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
