What skills and experience we're looking for
York High School is seeking to appoint a colleague as a Pupil Welfare Admin Assistant to be responsible for specific administrative functions and to monitor and develop existing processes and procedures.
This is an opportunity for a skilled individual to work in a key administrative post that contributes directly to the care of young people at York High School. The successful candidate will work to support our Pupil Well-Being and Child Protection Officer.
The successful candidate will:
- be extremely well organised and able to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
- have excellent ICT skills, including experience in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- be able to manage difficult situations and exercise good judgement
- have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- possess excellent communication, organisational skills and team work
This is a term time only role for 37 hours per wekk.
