Qualified SENDCo job summary

Westlea is a fantastic mainstream primary school with a Nursery Class for children aged 3-4 years, growing Special Resource Provision (SRP) for children who are disabled and a Complex Needs Unit.

We are seeking to appoint a qualified SENDCo who will have professional and operational responsibility for the leadership, organisation, management of all areas of SEND throughout the school. The role will support the HT to ensure all matters relating to safeguarding are upheld.

There will be a 0.4 teaching commitment with this role.
