The Trustees and Governors of Sewell Park Academy are looking to appoint a Raising Achievement Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience of supporting children with additional and complex needs, if you think you have the right skill set for this role please contact us.The school is developing swiftly, whilst growing with ever-increasing student and staff numbers.

To provide support to targeted vulnerable students (disadvantaged, SEND, Able, LAC, EAL, underachievers) to achieve their potential and to raise standards at Key Stage 3 and GCSE, principally in English and Maths, but also in other subjects as needed.

The ability to be self-motivated and organised is essential as the right candidate will need to be able to prioritise their own workload responding to the most urgent concerns to ensure that the school is compliant in safeguarding procedures and practice. The successful candidate will be supported and be provided ongoing training and development to assist them in their role.
