What skills and experience we're looking for
About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Raising Standards Leader at our great school. This is not a traditional Head of Year position, but one that is focused around using data to gain a picture of the performance and progress of a specific year group. All year groups have a Pastoral Support Leader (non teaching) who you will work closely with, but the focus of the role is very much around academic progress. You will use a range of data sources to identify the intervention and support that students need to achieve their maximum potential and so a confidence in using data is essential to the success of this role. We are prepared to wait until January for the right person for the post. The ability to teach maths is preferable.
Cleeve Park is a place where traditional values meet innovation. If you want to join a highly successful team who are passionate about the very best education for our young people, and you can inspire learners to seek what they do not yet know, then we want to hear from you.
