RE Teacher job summary

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Teacher of Religious Education and as a valued member of our Humanities team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of the curriculum. You will work closely with the Humanities leaders to secure outstanding provision in RE and to engage young people in a love of the subject. You should also demonstrate a commitment to becoming involved in extra-curricular activities linked to RE.

Our ideal candidate will be a good or outstanding teacher and somebody who is a team player. You should have a track record of building positive relationships with pupils in order to support them to make exceptional progress, be committed to developing your own teaching practice and share the school’s high expectations for all pupils. You will also be an aspiring middle leader.
