Reading Intervention Coach job summary

Core Purpose for the role is to raise the achievement and progress academically and socially for students with SEND.

We consistently secure rapid progress from a range of SEND students, by building strong relationships and understanding their own personal development and learning styles. We achieve this through in-class support, small group and 1 -1 interventions, mentoring and maintaining strong parental partnerships.
