Reception & Administration Assistant

Location: Lady Lumley’s School

Contract: Permanent, Full time, term time only plus 1 week

Hours/working pattern:, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:00am-04:00pm

Salary Grade: CD1 SCP 3 £22,737 pro rata per annum. (Actual salary £20,233 per annum)

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Our Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our supportive and caring team as a Reception and Administration Assistant.

You will be working within the busy environment of the school office, contributing to the administration for the school, providing an administrative, reprographics, cash handling and reception service, where excellent organisational skills are essential to cope with the demands of having to deal with a variety of tasks.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are motivated and have good communication and customer care skills.
