• Detailed knowledge of the current primary and EYFS curriculum
• Understanding and commitment to the ethos of our school
• Curriculum Management - planning, delivery and assessment
• Clear vision and understanding of the needs of all pupils
• Enthusiastic, sensitive and resilient team player
• Sense of humour
• A strong, reflective classroom practitioner
