- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of working in EYFS/KS1 with a proven record of impact on progress
- Effective communicator
- Create a high quality, rich, stimulating and enabling indoor and outdoor environment that will capture pupils attention and lead to independent exploration
- Detailed knowledge of the current primary and EYFS curriculum
- Understanding and commitment to the ethos of our school
- Curriculum Management - planning, delivery and assessment
- Clear vision and understanding of the needs of all pupils
- Enthusiastic, sensitive and resilient team player
- Sense of humour
- A strong, reflective classroom practitioner
