Qualified Teacher Status
Experience of working in EYFS/KS1 with a proven record of impact on progress
Effective communicator
Create a high quality, rich, stimulating and enabling indoor and outdoor environment that will capture pupils attention and lead to independent exploration
Detailed knowledge of the current primary and EYFS curriculum
Understanding and commitment to the ethos of our school
Curriculum Management - planning, delivery and assessment
Clear vision and understanding of the needs of all pupils
Enthusiastic, sensitive and resilient team player
Sense of humour
A strong, reflective classroom practitioner
