Have an uncompromising passion, energy and enthusiasm for teaching and learning
Be an excellent classroom practitioner, with experience of planning and delivering the Foundation Stage curriculum
Have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
Have a sound knowledge of the new EYFS framework and how this looks in practice
Have a commitment to teamwork and a collegiate approach
Have the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children to achieve highly
