Possible TLR for appropriate candidate after a period of time, once proven as an exceptional YR class practitioner. This will be to lead EYFS phase including our established Pre School.

  • Be a proven, excellent classroom teacher with EYFS (YR) experience
  • Have the highest expectations for all children, ensuring outstanding progress.
  • Have a commitment to teaching an inspiring Early Years Curriculum
  • Understand recent developments in the EYFS curriculum and assessment
  • Demonstrate high expectations of learning, achievement & behaviour
  • Be able to motivate, challenge and enthuse our children
  • Show excellent communication and inter-personal skills to lead a team effectively
  • Inspire and engage all children creatively in the learning process.
  • Maintain and develop strong cohesive links with our dynamic and growing Pre School
  • Be committed to developing our team and maintaining effective relationships within the parish and wider school community.
