What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be experienced in, or can demonstrate a desire to develop and understanding of, the Curiosity Approach ethos within Early Years.
- Have a clear vision for the Early Years provision and a drive to see developments through to completion.
- Be an outstanding teacher who motivates and inspires children to learn.
- Deliver innovative and creative learning opportunities.
- Have high expectations for standards of achievement and behaviour.
- Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, and be a strong and supportive team player
- Be an excellent communicator, committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and governors
- Promote our Christian ethos, vision and values.
