What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an excellent Reception class teacher who will lead our Early Years team and be part of the school’s leadership team. You must share the school’s vision for continual and sustained improvement and help to build and develop the school’s successes. The school has been rated as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school is at the heart of the local community therefore the successful candidate must be able to promote the positive and caring ethos of the school.As an experienced or aspiring middle leader, you will have the opportunity to take on a TLR attached to the role, providing you with additional responsibilities and the chance to lead on exciting projects within the school. We are looking for a dynamic and creative teacher who is dedicated to providing the best education and opportunities for all our pupils.
At Oasis Academy Foundry, we have a new and exciting centralised curriculum, which has been mapped out by national lead practitioners. This provides a fantastic opportunity for our staff to develop their own practice, whilst ensuring that our pupils receive the highest quality of teaching and learning. In addition, every child at our school has their very own iPad to use in school and at home. This provides our pupils with fantastic opportunities to enhance their learning and to develop their digital skills.
