Reception & KS1 Academic Intervention Assistant
Working 31 hours and 15 minutes per week
We have a fantastic opportunity at Windwhistle Primary School commencing on 4 January 2022 until 31 August 2022, term time only plus 2 inset days.
Actual Salary £16,312per annum plus excellent benefits package
Being caring, patient and enthusiastic, you will be working both in small groups and 1:1 to support children with additional barriers to learning to make a significant impact on their progression
You will be expected to:
• identify learning gaps and help to shape a bespoke intervention programme for pupils
• deliver engaging sessions, to support a range of learning styles with clear end points
• differentiate sessions in line with pupils ability, taking into account any barriers to learning or additional needs
Minimum qualifications for this role are level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years Education, Childcare and Development qualification
