What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is
- Dedicated to giving our youngest children a stimulating and nurturing start to their school lives
- Well-versed in the EYFS framework, baseline assessment, phonics and early reading
- Committed to raising attainment through creative and innovative teaching
- Able to inspire, motivate and challenge the potential of all in our school community
- Able to work collaboratively with their counter part-time colleague to provide a consistent level of provision, care and communication
- An enthusiastic, energetic and flexible team member
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively in shared pursuit of the goals of the school

and motivated by supporting the well-being of every child.
