Fully immersed in our ethos of ‘enjoying, achieving and learning’, we want a competent classroom teacher who can passionately champion our school and its community and ‘be Cranfield’ in everything they do. We are looking for a teacher who: Is a reflective early years practitioner, committed to excellence and the highest of standards. Knows the importance of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Wishes to impact positively upon the academic and social progress of children in equal measure. Will uphold a strong Christian ethos; embracing an environment that is friendly, dynamic and engaging. Will contribute significantly to the Academy’s vision, ethos and aims, ensuring the very best impact in all of their work and inspiring confidence in all they do.
