our role will involve working as part of team, we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate:
• To take responsibility for standards of learning, teaching, curriculum provision and pastoral care within the reception classroom.
- Plan and facilitate an effective learning environment
- To work within the Early Years statutory framework.
- To provide leadership in the classroom for support staff.
- Able to build effective and trusting relationships with whole school team and link professionally with parents and other professionals as requested. • Has a willingness and interest in using CPD to further develop your career. • Ambition and a commitment to raise standards and make a valuable contribution to the continued improvement of the school.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Northiam C of E Primary School. We are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and effective reception teacher to join our school.
Northiam is a rural village school, growing in numbers due to its innovative curriculum approach. The successful candidate will be joining a strong dedicated team, inspiring learning in our EYFS.

As a Reception teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social
and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning. This role provides an excellent chance to work in
collaboration with a supportive team of educators and contribute to the overall success of the school.
