The school has undergone a major transformation over the past year (2019) and we are now in the very lucky position of having a Pre-School that complements our 3 additional classrooms, one of which is a brand new, purpose built classroom that is an excellent space of learning for our Reception and Year 1 children.
Our school compromises of a Pre – school (for children from 2 to 5 years), a Reception/Year 1 class, Year 2/3/4 class and a Year 5/6 class. We deliver the National Curriculum through Project Based Learning having quality literature and texts at the heart of our learning. Throughout the year, the children undertake a number of projects that are both linked individually to their class and as a whole school. We embrace our local environment and the beautiful countryside that surrounds us. We are also an integral part of the local community.
Here at Sinnington, we endeavour to develop and provide all of our children with fantastic opportunities to become life-long and independent learners. Every child that joins Sinnington School will receive a warm welcome, feel part of the family and receive an excellent, rounded education.
