Receptionist job summary
Receptionist – part time. Grade 4 points 7 to 10. Please Note: Salary range shown is for full time equivalent.
Hours of work 8.30am to12.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday (with a 20 minute paid break).
RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to work in our unique school.
You will be required to provide professional administrative and reception skills to ensure all stakeholders are welcomed and all administrative duties are managed to a high standard. The role is busy, varied and at times demanding. If you are someone with excellent organisational skills, hard-working, adaptable and friendly then we would like to meet you. The role will require you to have high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
ABOUT ABBEY VIEW
Abbey View School is an alternative provision free school, catering for up to 40 pupils (age 11 to 16) who are at risk of exclusion from main stream education. Abbey View School provides its students with a chance to reflect and reform within a happy, safe and supportive environment, which promotes sound emotional well-being and safe lifestyles.
