Receptionist / Admin Assistant job summary

Required for September 2024

16 Hours per week, term time only

8.00am – 5.00pm Thursday & Friday

Position initially to end of August 2025

We are looking for an experienced, professional and customer focused individual, to provide an exceptional reception service and administration to the school. As a valued member of the support staff team, you will be based at our front reception desk as part of a busy school office. The role is pivotal in ensuring visitors and parents are courteously welcomed and assisted in a timely manner, and telephone enquiries are directed appropriately.

You will need you to have excellent administrative and ICT skills for this varied role which involves assisting parents with queries regarding ParentPay, producing correspondence, updating pupil records, as well as being responsible for organising certain school events as directed by senior staff.
