Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Casual)

Location: Kempston Academy, Bedford

Contract: Casual

Hourly Rate: £12.65 per hour

Closing Date: Tuesday 11th February 2025 at 9:00am

We are looking for a hard working individual to provide support to our administrative team on a casual basis. This will involve undertaking a range of administrative, clerical and receptionist duties that supports the provision of high quality administrative services to the school.

Main duties of the role will include operating the schools telephone system and dealing with general enquiries and undertaking tasks that support all staff.

If you have an unwavering commitment to safeguarding young people, high levels of personal resilience and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, then we want to hear from you.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.

In line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils, this appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
