Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term, Maternity Cover)

Location: Kempston Academy, Bedford

Contract: 24 hours per week (between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 Monday-Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a Friday)

Grade: Level 2 Point 4-5 (£13,698 - £13,915 per annum)

Closing Date: Tuesday 17th June 2025 at 09:00am

We are looking for a hard working individual to provide support to our administrative team on a fixed term basis. This will involve undertaking a range of administrative, clerical and receptionist duties that supports the provision of high quality administrative services to the school.

Main duties of the role will include operating the schools telephone system and dealing with general enquiries and undertaking tasks that support all staff.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
