RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT job summary

We are seeking to appoint a temporary part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant during term time, for 10 hours per week until the end of the summer term. As the first point of contact with our school, this is a key role and will include receiving visitors, answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries from students and providing administrative support. If you possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and an enthusiasm for high quality customer service we hope you will apply.
