Receptionist/Administrator job summary

The role of the Grade C (3) Receptionist/Administrator will:

• Be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and visitors
• Ensure all safeguarding measures are met in relation to visitors to the building
• General administration duties to support the Academies and central trust team using ICT packages including word, excel, office, Sims and Every.
• Process invoices on the Academy Finance system
