Receptionist/Administrator job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator at Oastlers School.
We’re looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Administrator who can be the welcoming heart of our school and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of high quality, professional, flexible, proficient and constructive clerical, administration, financial support and reception service to the school.

The successful candidate will:
- Support an Administrative Team in the delivery of admin support and services to staff, students and parents
- Maintain critical school records and databases, ensuring confidentiality is maintained where necessary, but meeting the School's statutory responsibilities, including to external organisations such as the DfE
- Be confident in solving complex problems and working with colleagues from across a range of roles
- Provide a high-level administrative service, including undertaking tasks such as word processing, reception duties and managing visitors
- Represent the values of Oastlers School and Exceed Academies Trust in every interaction
- Create a calm, reassuring presence in a busy, dynamic school environment
