Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in a school community? The Acorns Primary & Nursery School is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Administrator to join our team and become the welcoming face of our school.
About the Role
As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our school by providing high quality clerical and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, presenting a positive and professional picture of our school and community.

About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A friendly, professional and approachable demeanour
- A genuine passion for upholding our core values of mutual respect, equity, inclusivity and love

The Acorns Primary and Nursery School is a larger-than average sized school in Ellesmere Port, catering for 375 pupils aged between 2 and 11 years old. Our pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds, but most live within a close proximity to the school.
